This sling can be used by both parents because of the adjustablitly and gender netural colors. We carry Medium size slings (110-180lbs) which fits most parents but we will speacial order Small size (70-120lbs), Large Size (140-250lbs) and Extra Large sizes(contact for more info on Extra Large sizes).
